Thank you for shopping with Grainify Woodworks! We create hand crafted custom wood furniture. Here's everything you need to know about shipping timelines and expectations. 

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all provinces in Canada excluding Quebec. We do not ship internationally. 

Processing & Production Timelines

We offer in stock and custom built products. Once you place your order:

  • Production begins within 1-2 weeks of order placement. Modifications to your order, shipping address and/or other order details cannot be changed. Please review all information carefully before completing your purchase.
  • Production time ranges from 2-7 business days (in stock products) and 4-6 weeks for custom products.
  • Shipping time ranges from 5-12 business days (after production) on average

You will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships. 

Shipping Carriers

Orders will be shipped via preferred carriers (i.e. UPS) or delivered via road transport depending on the product order and size of order.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on product type, destination, and quantity. We aim to keep shipping fees fair and transparent.

Multiple Packages

If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately and arrive on different dates.

Delays and Delivery Issues

Please note that estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by:

  • Carrier delays
  • Holidays
  • Custom or border issues (for cross-border shipments)
  • Incorrect shipping address

We are not responsible for delays once a shipment has been handed off to the carrier. Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order to ensure accuracy. Order details including shipping addresses cannot be changed once production begins.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a confirmation e-mail with tracking details once your order ships. If you do not receive tracking information within 10 business days, please contact us at hello@grainifywoodworks.ca.

Lost, Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Taxes and Duties

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Any applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. International customers (if applicable) are responsible for any customs or duties upon delivery.
