Shipping & Delivery
Do you deliver?
Yes — we deliver across Ontario and can arrange shipping anywhere in Canada. Delivery fees vary by location and table size.
Can I pick up my order?
If you’re local to Ottawa, pickup can be arranged by appointment.

Do your tables come with a warranty?
Yes — every grainify woodworks table includes a 1-year limited warranty covering workmanship and manufacturing defects.
Natural wood movement, knots, checking, and colour variation are normal characteristics of real hardwood and are not considered defects.
